- Transaction Records: We maintain details of products you purchase, cart contents, order totals, courier assignments, and date/time of transactions. We do NOT store your payment details (e.g. credit card numbers or UPI PINs) directly on our servers.

- Processing, verifying, and shipping your orders.
- Providing customer support and responding to contact inquiries.
- Managing your user profile, saved addresses, and transaction histories.

- Bypassing reCAPTCHA security blocks during mobile app sessions for validated users.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers essential for our store operations:
- Firebase (Google Cloud): For securely hosting authentication sessions, user profiles, and order data databases.
- Razorpay: Our integrated payment gateway. All payments are securely processed by Razorpay. We share order totals and customer contacts to prepare billing screens.
- Shiprocket: For processing shipment labels, calculating real-time courier serviceability, and delivering packages to your doorstep.
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue): For triggering and sending transactional order notification emails.
4. Security of Your Data
We prioritize the safety of your information. We enforce HTTPS encryption on all outgoing API connections. Our databases are secured behind strict Firebase security rules that ensure only authenticated users can access their own profile details and order records.

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, update, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
