1. Accounts and Registration
When you create an account on GharSe, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Handmade Product Variations
GharSe is a storefront celebrating authentic, home-made Indian culinary foods (Rasoi) and handloom textiles (Handloom). Because every item is made by hand in small, artisanal batches:
- Slight variations in color, size, shape, weight, pattern, and taste are inherent characteristics of our handmade goods and do not constitute product defects.
- Papad sizes, pickle spices, and sweater stitch tightness may vary slightly from the photographs displayed on our storefront.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
We reserve the right to accept or decline any orders placed on our storefront.
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are securely collected using our integrated payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Orders are finalized and queued for shipping only after payment confirmation is received.
- In the event of a listing error or incorrect price configuration, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping services are managed through our partner, Shiprocket.
- We offer free shipping on all orders over โน799. For orders below this threshold, standard delivery charges apply.
- Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. While we strive to fulfill orders on schedule, shipping delays can occur due to weather, courier operations, or peak seasonal queues.
- We are only able to deliver to serviceable PIN codes verified by our shipping API.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Our goal is to ensure you love your handmade purchases. We offer a 7-Day Return/Replacement Policy:
- If you receive a damaged product, please email photos of the packaging and item to hello@shopgharse.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Due to health and hygiene standards, food items (Rasoi) are eligible for replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Textile items (Handloom) must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for refunds.
6. Limitation of Liability
GharSe and its artisans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services, including third-party payment gateways (Razorpay) or courier networks (Shiprocket).
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
